- Merchandise must be in NEW condition. This means unworn, unwashed, odor free, pet hair free, and MUST not contain any markings from deodorant, make-up, ect in order to receive exchange or store credit for the returned item(s). If any of the above are found on the product upon return, we will return the item(s) and customer is responsible for cost of shipping.
- Punchy Vaquera is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact the USPS/UPS customer service team so they can assist you.
- All items not approved for returns/store credit will be sent an invoice for return shipping. All customers have 30 days to pay invoices. Any invoices left open/unpaid after 30 days, item(s) will become store property and resold in the store front.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us IMMEDIATELY if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Damage's must be reported to us prior to wearing or trying on the garment. Any items sent back for a return in damaged condition IF ACCEPTED, will have a 25% fee deducted from your store credit amount.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We do not accept cancellations on orders.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
