- Returns are accepted for store credit only. Returns must be back to our storefront within 15 days of the date received no exceptions.

- We will provide store credit via a gift card to your email, as soon as we receive your return and approve the return.
- Sale items and accessories (all jewelry, belts, wild rags, cards, hats, all smell good items, bags, keychains, mugs, hair clips, and shoes) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All coupon codes exceeding 30% off are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return.
- Merchandise must be in NEW condition. This means unworn, unwashed, odor free, pet hair free, and MUST not contain any markings from deodorant, make-up, ect in order to receive exchange or store credit for the returned item(s). If any of the above are found on the product upon return, we will return the item(s) and customer is responsible for cost of shipping.
- Punchy Vaquera is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact USPS customer service team so they can assist you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for in store credit only.
