Refund policy

• Returns are accepted for store credit only. All returns must be back to us within 10 calendar days of the date received. 

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase WITH ORDER NUMBER.

• We will provide store credit via a gift card to your email, as soon as we get your return. 

• Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE. 

• Punchy Vaquera is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact USPS customer service team so they can assist you.

Orders will be shipped to the exact address provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your information before submitting your order, as Punchy Vaquera is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address being entered at checkout.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us IMMEDIATELY if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing or trying on the garment. Any items sent back for a return in damaged condition IF ACCEPTED, will have a 25% fee deducted from your store credit amount. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 

We will gladly offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Item(s) must be back to our storefront within 10 days of delivery. 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping. 

All exchanges must include the paper exchange form that was sent with your original package.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue an invoice for the shipping cost of the exchanged product. The replacement will not be sent until this invoice is paid in full. 

Item(s) must be in original condition. 

Due to fast inventory turnover, we are unable to place items on hold while waiting for return shipments to arrive. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you need, we recommend placing a separate order, then ship back the unwanted item.

Returns

 If approved, you will be automatically refunded for in store credit only.
